Working Principle

1. The valve utilizes the pressure difference of the medium itself in the pipeline as the power source, without the need for external energy.

2. When the system pressure difference changes, the diaphragm inside the valve drives the valve core to move.

3. It automatically adjusts the opening of the valve port to stabilize the pressure difference at the set value, ensuring the heating system operates normally.

Structural Features

  • Consists of core components including valve body, valve core, diaphragm, and pressure-setting spring.
  • The diaphragm acts as a key sensing and driving part, connecting the pressure difference signal to the valve core movement.
  • The pressure-setting spring enables easy presetting of the target differential pressure, with a simple and compact overall structure.
  • Adopts a sealed design for the valve internal cavity to ensure stable pressure transmission and reliable operation.

Maintenance

  • Check hydraulic oil level annually
  • Test closing time every 6 months
  • Inspect disc and seat for wear during system shutdowns
  • Lubricate adjustment mechanism yearly
  • Verify proper operation after system pressure changes
