Working Principle
The Y43H/Y13H valve features a pilot-controlled main valve design. When the adjusting spring is in free state, both main valve and pilot valve remain closed. Rotating the adjusting screw clockwise compresses the spring, opening the pilot valve. Medium then flows through the pilot valve to the upper chamber of the main valve piston, pushing it downward to open the main valve. Medium flows to the outlet while also entering below the diaphragm. When outlet pressure exceeds the set value, feedback action reduces pilot valve opening, thereby controlling the main valve piston position to maintain stable outlet pressure.
