Working Principle
The Y42X valve operates through a balanced diaphragm system. When the outlet pressure drops below the set value, the diaphragm moves upward under spring force, opening the valve to allow more flow. As outlet pressure increases beyond the set point, the diaphragm is pushed downward, restricting flow to maintain constant pressure. This automatic balancing action provides stable downstream pressure regardless of flow rate changes or upstream pressure variations.
