Typical Applications
Working Principle
The Soft Seal Lug Butterfly Valve operates by rotating the stem to drive the disc through 90° rotation for opening/closing. When open, the disc aligns parallel to the pipeline axis for smooth media flow; when closed, the disc becomes perpendicular to the axis, achieving sealing through contact between the resilient seat and disc edge. The lug-type design features threaded holes at both ends for direct bolting to pipeline flanges without requiring downstream nuts.
