Working Principle

The Pneumatic Soft Seal Flange Butterfly Valve operates by using a pneumatic actuator to rotate the valve stem, which drives the disc to make a 90° rotation for opening and closing. When the disc is parallel to the pipeline axis, the valve is fully open; when perpendicular, the valve is fully closed. The elastic sealing ring maintains tight contact with the disc edge, ensuring zero leakage when closed. The pneumatic actuator is driven by compressed air, enabling fast response and precise control.
