This valve is installed at the outlet of the water pump. When a single pump is started, it mainly functions to limit the flow when multiple pumps are in operation. It prevents the motor from overloading when the water pump operates at low lift, high flow, and low efficiency, while also achieving a certain energy-saving effect.

Working Principle

1. When the pump starts, the valve opens gradually with the water flow, limiting the flow to avoid excessive initial flow.

2. During multi-pump operation, it restricts the flow of working pumps to prevent the pump from operating at low lift, high flow and low efficiency, thus avoiding motor overload.

3. When the pump stops, the valve closes quickly under the action of reverse water pressure and its own structure to prevent water backflow.

Structural Features

• Adopts a combined structure of a flow-limiting component and a check component, integrating two functions in one valve body.
• The flow-limiting part is equipped with an adjustable mechanism, which can adapt to different flow control requirements of water pump systems.
