Working Principle

The main principle of the HS41X anti-pollution check valve is to use double valves (main valve and pilot valve) for cascading control. When backflow occurs in the pipeline, the pilot valve first closes to cut off the pressure source of the main valve, and then the main valve rapidly shuts under the action of reverse pressure, thereby completely blocking the backflow of water and preventing pollution.

Structural Features

  • Consists of a core double-valve structure, including a main valve for final backflow blocking and a pilot valve for pressure control and trigger.
  • Equipped with a reverse pressure sensing component to quickly detect abnormal backflow pressure in the pipeline.
  • Integrates a pressure transmission mechanism that connects the pilot valve and main valve to achieve linked shut-off.
  • Has a compact overall design, suitable for installation in limited space of various pipeline systems.

Maintenance

  • Check hydraulic oil level annually
  • Test closing time every 6 months
  • Inspect disc and seat for wear during system shutdowns
  • Lubricate adjustment mechanism yearly
  • Verify proper operation after system pressure changes
