Working Principle

1. When the pipeline has normal forward water pressure, the pressure pushes the diaphragm open, allowing water to flow forward smoothly.

2. If backflow tends to occur (e.g., downstream pressure is higher than upstream), the reverse pressure acts on the diaphragm, forcing it to close tightly.

3. The closed diaphragm blocks the water flow channel, thereby preventing the medium in the pipeline from flowing backward and avoiding backflow contamination.
