The 200X Pressure Reducing Valve is a pilot-operated, diaphragm-actuated valve designed to automatically reduce higher inlet pressure to a stable lower outlet pressure in water systems.
Product Overview
The 200X Pressure Reducing Valve is a pilot-operated, diaphragm-actuated valve designed to automatically reduce higher inlet pressure to a stable lower outlet pressure in water systems. It maintains constant downstream pressure regardless of flow rate variations or upstream pressure fluctuations.

Working Principle
The 200X valve uses a pilot-operated diaphragm system to control pressure. When outlet pressure drops below the set point, the pilot valve closes, increasing pressure above the diaphragm which opens the main valve. When outlet pressure rises above the set point, the pilot valve opens, relieving pressure above the diaphragm and allowing the main valve to close. This automatic balancing maintains constant downstream pressure.
